Instructions for Use
- Before and after use, wash the wax melter thoroughly with hot water and drain it completely.
- Fill with water up to the level indicated by the height of the water-filling pipe.
- Load frames containing drawn comb or wax material into the container.
- Place the unit on a suitable heating appliance and position a collection vessel beneath the wax outlet.
- Once the water boils, monitor the melting process.
- Stir the material several times to help extract the wax more completely.
- When wax extraction is complete, remove the container and discard the rendered residue.
- Load a new batch of material if needed and repeat the process.
