💉 Detox is a veterinary injectable solution with antitoxic, anti-inflammatory and desensitizing properties.
🧪 Composition: Each 1 ml contains sodium thiosulfate — 199.3 mg and low-molecular-weight polyvinylpyrrolidone — 50 mg. Excipients include sodium dithionite, sodium bicarbonate, nipagin and water for injection.
🛡️ Pharmacological properties:
Binds and neutralizes toxic substances circulating in the bloodstream.
Has antidotal properties against certain heavy metals and other toxic compounds.
Enhances diuresis and glomerular filtration in the kidneys.
Helps regulate the body's acid-base balance.
Supports the restoration of liver and kidney functions.
🐶 Indications: Used in cattle, sheep, goats, horses, pigs, dogs and cats as part of комплекс therapy for intoxications of various origins, feed poisoning, acetonuria, infectious and viral diseases accompanied by intoxication, mycotoxicosis, metabolic disorders and other conditions.
💉 Administration and dosage:
Cattle, sheep, goats, horses, dogs and cats: slow intravenous or subcutaneous administration.
Pigs: intramuscular administration.
Dosage: 1 ml per 10 kg of body weight once daily for 5 days.
For subcutaneous administration to cattle and horses, no more than 20 ml should be injected into one site.
⚠️ Contraindications and precautions: Contraindicated in animals with individual hypersensitivity to the ingredients or cardiovascular insufficiency. Rapid administration may cause a decrease in blood pressure, tachycardia and difficulty breathing. Use only as directed by a veterinarian.
📦 Shelf life and storage: Shelf life is 2 years from the manufacturing date. After first opening, use within 10 days. Store at 5–25°C in a dry place protected from direct sunlight.
