Enrokol — Complex Broad-Spectrum Antibacterial Solution for Pigs and Poultry

Enrokol is a veterinary combination drug containing:

• Enrofloxacin (100 mg/ml) — a fluoroquinolone antibiotic with broad-spectrum action;

• Colistin sulfate (1,000,000 IU/ml) — a potent bactericidal polypeptide antibiotic.

🐔 Used in poultry to treat colibacillosis, salmonellosis, pasteurellosis, mycoplasmosis, infectious rhinitis, and other bacterial diseases.
🐖 In pigs — effective against colibacillosis, bordetellosis, salmonellosis, enteritis, and toxico-infections.

💧 Dosage:

• Poultry: 0.1 ml per 1 kg body weight or 1 L per 2000 L of water for 3–5 days;

• Pigs: 0.3 ml per 10 kg (up to 0.5 ml for severe infections) once daily for 3–5 days.

⚙️ Mechanism of Action:
Enrofloxacin inhibits bacterial DNA synthesis, while colistin damages the cytoplasmic membrane, providing a synergistic bactericidal effect.
