Forticarb 10% — Injectable Solution for Cattle and Dogs, 100ml

Forticarb 10% is a veterinary medicine supplied as a sterile, clear, light-yellow injectable solution. It is intended for the treatment and prevention of babesiosis (piroplasmosis), anaplasmosis, and mixed infections in dogs and cattle.

Imidocarb is active against several species of Babesia, Franciella, and Anaplasma that cause blood-parasite diseases in cattle. In dogs, the product is also active against Babesia canis, Babesia gibsonii, and Ehrlichia canis.

Following parenteral administration, imidocarb is rapidly absorbed from the injection site and distributed throughout most organs and tissues.
