Shampoo for Dogs and Cats Against Fleas, Lice, Mites and Ticks, 250 ml Pchelodar

Pchelodar Antiparasitic Shampoo is designed to eliminate fleas, lice, biting lice and ticks that parasitize dogs and cats. It can also be used to help prevent reinfestation in the animal’s living environment by treating bedding, clothing and other relevant items.

Indications

• Elimination of fleas, lice, biting lice and ticks.
• Prevention of reinfestation by external parasites.
• Suitable for animals over 2 months of age.

Directions for use

1. Thoroughly wet the animal’s skin and coat with warm water.
2. Apply 0.5–1 ml of shampoo per 1 kg of body weight. For animals with thick or long coats, use 1 ml/kg.
3. Distribute evenly over the entire body and gently rub until a lather forms.
4. Avoid contact with mucous membranes and prevent the animal from licking the product.
5. After 3–5 minutes, rinse with warm water, dry the coat and brush it.

The initial treatment is performed once. Repeat treatments may be carried out when indicated by the presence of parasites, but no more than 1–2 times per month.

Treating bedding
To help prevent reinfestation, bedding may be treated with shampoo diluted with water at a ratio of 1:2, using 10 ml per square metre of surface. Keep the animal away from treated bedding for 2–3 days. Before reuse, wash the bedding with detergent and allow it to dry.

Contraindications and precautions

• Do not use on animals younger than 2 months or on lactating females.
• Do not use if the animal has a known hypersensitivity to any of the shampoo’s ingredients.
• Use under veterinary supervision in sick, debilitated or recovering animals.
