Toltrex 2.5% — Oral Anticoccidial Solution for Broilers, Replacement Pullets and Turkeys, 1L

Toltrex 2.5% is an oral solution intended for the treatment and prevention of coccidiosis in broiler chickens, replacement pullets and turkeys, including cases where clinical signs of the disease appear.

Pharmacological properties:
Toltrazuril has anticoccidial activity and acts against different intracellular developmental stages of coccidia. It disrupts vital processes in the parasites, leading to their death. After oral administration, the product acts primarily on the mucosal and submucosal layers of the gastrointestinal tract.

Indications:

Administration and dosage:
Administer through drinking water for two consecutive days.

According to the manufacturer's instructions, either of the following methods may be used:

During treatment, birds must receive only water containing the medicine. In severe cases, treatment may be repeated after 5 days under veterinary direction. If sediment appears, mix the solution thoroughly before use.

Contraindications:
Must not be used in laying hens because the product may accumulate in eggs.
