💊 Tylanik is an oral powder containing tylosin, an antibiotic belonging to the macrolide group. It is intended for the treatment and prevention of bacterial diseases in animals.
🔬 The product has antibacterial activity against streptococci, staphylococci and mycoplasmas.
⚕️ Indications
🐔 In poultry:
Respiratory mycoplasmosis.
Infectious sinusitis in turkeys.
🐖 In pigs:
Dysentery.
Bacterial gastroenterocolitis.
🐄 In calves:
Bronchopneumonia.
💧 Administration and Dosage
Poultry — for respiratory mycoplasmosis
Broilers and replacement poultry: 0.5 g per 1 litre of drinking water for 3 consecutive days.
Turkeys: 0.5 g per 1 litre of drinking water for 5 consecutive days.
Pigs — for dysentery and bacterial gastroenterocolitis
0.25 g per 1 litre of drinking water or 5 mg/kg of body weight.
Duration of treatment: 3–10 days.
Calves — for bronchopneumonia
Administer individually with water or milk.
Dosage: 5 mg/kg of body weight, twice daily.
Duration of treatment: 7–14 days.
🧪 Composition
Active ingredient: tylosin tartrate.
⚠️ Special Precautions
Do not use in combination with penicillin or cephalosporin antibiotics.
Animals may be slaughtered for meat no earlier than 5 days after discontinuation of the product.
📦 Storage Conditions
Store in a dry place protected from light, at temperatures between 0°C and 25°C.
Shelf life: 3 years.
